Non-Profit Program

Non-Profit Business Management
Non-Profit Business Management helps leaders of existing nonprofit organizations navigate more effectively in today’s environment and brings focus to their efforts. This results in greater benefits for key stakeholders as well as the community. Experts lead discussions and answer questions on topics including: strategic planning; building organizational capacity; funding; measuring outcomes; recruitment and management of volunteers/staff; responsible financial management; technology; and more. Peers will share best practices and act as resources for one another. Monthly one-on-one advising with the instructor focusing on individual goals and issues is a valued benefit of this program. Classes are held twice a month for 10 months.
