Introduction to the Oregon SBIR & STTR Resource Guide
Welcome to the Oregon SBIR and STTR resource guide. The goal of this guide is to provide Oregon small businesses with information and resources about the Federal Government’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. These two programs provide grants (up to $750,000) to small businesses (<500 employees) to stimulate technological innovation and commercialize new technologies.
In addition to this guide there are many organizations throughout the state and country that are dedicated to assisting small businesses access these two federal funding sources. Make sure to check out the links which will give you more information about: Oregon’s support programs; service providers; proposal writing; training opportunities; other online resources; and list of upcoming events.
