The foundation for the Oregon program is collaboration between the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD), the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), the Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) and other public, private and university based entrepreneurship assistance organizations throughout the state.

A partnership program with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Oregon
Economic Development Department under cooperative agreement 9-603001-Z-0039-26
through Lane Community College, Eugene, Oregon. SBDCs are a program supported by
SBA and extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis. SBA cannot endorse
any products, opinions or services of any external parties or activities.
