The Oregon SBIR/STTR Program

The foundation for the Oregon program is collaboration between the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD), the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), the Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) and other public, private and university based entrepreneurship assistance organizations throughout the state.

Current services include:

• Assistance in determining if SBIR/ STTR programs are right for your business;

• The online SBIR/STTR resource toolkit;

• Training opportunities; and

• A matching grant program to help defer the costs of SBIR or STTR proposal preparation.
