Small Business Management Program

This Small Business Management Program Foundations consists of three modules listed below. The program runs fall, winter, and spring terms with classroom sessions twice a month in the evenings and one-on-one coaching sessions once a month. The one-on-one coaching is designed to fast-track implementation of key concepts and provides the small business owner with access to a professional business consultant.
