Whether you’re pursuing new markets or improving operational efficiencies, sustaining growth is fundamental to success. Grow Oregon’s highly experienced advisors have been there themselves, and they have the wisdom to help your business thrive. Our Grow Oregon team can provide the following specialized services to qualified companies:

  • Strategic needs assessment
  • Advanced market research and analysis
  • Digital media assistance
  • Search engine optimization guidance
  • CEO networking/mentoring
  • Business planning
  • Export assistance
  • Debt and equity financing assistance
  • Financial analysis

Is Grow Oregon the right fit for your business? Yes, if your company meets all of the following qualifications:

  • 10–99 employees
  • $1,000,000 to $50,000,000 in annual gross sales
  • Demonstrated growth in gross sales, net profit, and/or net employment in three of the last five years
  • Oregon traded-sector company. This is defined within Grow Oregon as “businesses that do not compete primarily in a local or regional market or transact business primarily with household consumers. However, a business that only supplies a local or regional, non-retail market could be a traded-sector business if exposed to competition from outside suppliers or rivals that offer the same or substitutable goods or services.”

These are only some of our many successes:

“The Grow Oregon program seemed custom-made for Sitka. It provided the impetus to evaluate where we’re at, and tools to help us explore what’s next. Noah (Brockman) and Mike (Kelsay) were a delight to work with and provided some handy insights along the way. We have applied some of the strategic planning elements that came out of our Grow Oregon sessions, and have already seen good results in terms of new product development opportunities! We’re certainly grateful for the opportunity to participate….”
