Have you ever considered being your own boss? Does having your own business sound exciting to you? This is the perfect time to start a venture!
The Veterans Small Business Management Program, sponsored by Lane’s Small Business Development Center, will help you get moving. Join other veterans for a nine-month course covering the basics of starting a business. Each month attend one evening class and learn how to research, plan and start an enterprise. Also, get personal assistance from the advisor, in private one-on-one sessions.

The instructor/advisor, Roger Johnson, a Navy veteran and prominent businessman, will act as liaison and coach for navigating the many veteran services. Learn which services can help start or grow a business. The coursework will provide an overview of what’s available, instruction by Roger, with additional insight from local experts.
Classes will be held in LCC’s new Downtown Campus Building, located at 101 West 10th Avenue, Eugene. For more information or to enroll, call Roger Johnson, at Lane’s Small Business Development Center: office – 541.463.6200, cell phone – 509.438.0319. The fee for the full nine-month course is $100.
